About Talha Shakeel
Reliable automation, explained plainly
I build AI agents, voice agents, and workflow automations for small businesses. My approach starts with the work that already needs doing, not with the tool.

Where it started
Payments taught me to respect reliability
I began in the payments industry, where a process had to work every time before anyone called it useful. A missed transaction is not a small problem, and that shaped how I think about every system I build.
That mindset carries into automation. I look at what the task is, what needs to connect, and where a person still needs to be involved, before I add anything clever.
What I build with
Practical tools for real workflows
Today I build AI agents, voice agents, automations, and AI apps using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, ElevenLabs, and Python. Each tool has a specific job, and I choose the simplest one that does it reliably.
I focus on practical automation that respects how your team already works. The goal is to remove manual busywork, not to replace the people who know the job.
